Michael’s experience includes decades in the corporate world with large and small organisations, including the business he founded with his three fellow directors and which he exited after 14 years.
A trend that Michael noticed are growing numbers in the workforce who are independent, have no intention staying for the long-term and are fluid in their choice of employer. Organisations with a clearly articulated purpose and a focus on people’s self-development seemed to do better in attracting high quality and highly motivated employees and contractors.
The Numente Framework can benefit organisations because it guides leaders to deep dive into their purpose, the organisation’s purpose and helps them and their teams elevate their self-worth. Leaders working on values add a powerful ingredient to culture, and this combination can help attract and retain a motivated workforce. Michael loves working with people to improve their awareness of self and folding their improved awareness into an organisation’s operations, because that is when he sees the magic happening.
